Nearby activities: - Trestraou beach less than 100 metres away, with direct access to hiking trails. - Perros-Guirec: bakery, shops, casino, marina and market within walking distance. - Trégastel and its 13 pink granite beaches: enjoy its shops, equestrian centre, Monday market and beautiful beaches (10 minutes by car). - Saint-Sanson golf course (10 minutes by car). Practical information: - 3rd floor without lift. - A deposit will be required upon arrival.
